‘The Auragm, a concept created by Richard Rosine, is a device for plotting self-image against projected
image. To get an idea of how closely your self-image matches the image you project to athers, try the
following:
Duplicate several copies of the larger Auragam figure (attached).
1, Rank yourself from one to five on each quality by marking the dots. ‘The fifth dot (furthest away
from the figure) is best; the first dot (closest to the figure) is worst; three is average.
2. Connect the dots you have made to form an aura or outline around the figure,
3, Have othor associates rank you on other sheets and connect the dots.
4. Using different colored pencils or markers, transfer the auras completed by your associates to
‘your sheet to compare the agreements and differences,
5. The real learning will come from asking and answering questions as to differences in pérceptions.
