by Drawing on Worldwide Knowledge, Research, and Experience: ICT as a Change
Agent for Education. A Literature Review.

This article sums up how technology has changed education as well as communication
throughout the years. Technology has affected the learning, teaching and research of
education in a rapid manner. This article refers to ICT as being information and
communication technology. As we all know technology has taken over the use of a
standard pencil and pen or even textbook use in the classroom. ICTs are said to have the
potential to quicken, enhance, and expand skills, to motivate and engage students. I
believe this statement is true because students usually dont get bored with technology
since it is ever so changing and developing new education.

Since technology has captured students attention many teachers use technology to
implement the learning process. Many users of ICTs have noticed an increase in test
scores of their students as well as motivation to learn curriculum. The use of ICTs has
resulted in a positive effect in the classroom setting and it continues to increase in a
major way.
