Use long file names for program data files
Rename your program file and add
comment information
Associate text or graphic information to a
specific data file using Rich Comment
Group work numbers from different data
files into a new data file
Extract one or more work numbers from a
file originally saved with multiple work
numbers
Back up data files to your hard drive or onto
a floppy disk for a more permanent hard
copy
