Study of Recruitment & Selection Process at Lenskart

Statement of the Problem


In basic idea behind selecting the topic of Recruitment and
Selection Process is to study how employees are hired. Today
organizations are coming up with the new techniques of hiring
people. Hence to study how the actual process is carried in the
organization

Objective of the Study


Every task is undertaken with an objective. Without any objective
a task is rendered meaningless. The main objectives for
undertaking this project are

To understand the internal Recruitment process at Lenskart


To identify areas where there can be scope for improvement & give suitable
recommendation to streamline the hiring process

SCOPE OF THE STUDY


The scope of the study is identified after and during the study is
conducted. The main scope of the study was to put into practical
the theoretical aspect of the study into real life work experience.

This project will help to get the practical knowledge in
employee hiring in the organization.
The project will equip me for my future in H. R. M.

RESEARCH DESIGN

Research Methodology is a systematic way to solve the research


problem. It may be understood as a science of studying how
research is done scientifically.

Explanation of the method


To observe and probe into the perceptions of the investors and
traders present in Stock Markets in India, I have prepared a
questionnaire containing 16 questions. I personally contacted 50
respondents to get the questionnaires filled. All possible efforts
were made to gather information in some rational way to remove
biasness.
