Currently work as an Asst. Manager in Reliance Jio for 4G Project.

Primary responsible for all planning & Optimization activities of LTE in my region.
Previously worked as a RNO with NR Services for Maxis, Malaysia.
Primarily responsible for all KPI TEST scenarios for the performance management of LTE Network. Test
consisted of 3 point Data Uplink & Downlink, Ping Test, handovers checking, Attached & Detached.
Having knowledge of LTE KPIs optimization including Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Irate, and
Availability.
Analysis of Drive Tests done by measuring Throughput, SNR,RSRP, RSRQ, Attach Delay, handovers.
Single Site verification and Cluster optimization of 3G Sites & 4G Sites.
Field testing and KPI analysis of Release 99, HSDPA and HSUPA.
Planned Scrambling codes and neighbors (Intra , Inter and IRAT).
