THE NEW ART WALK AT MARINA VILLAGE, ATLANTIS BEGINS
Doongalik and Creative Nassau congratulates and thanks
Atlantis, Paradise Island, for inviting us, along with master
artist, Antonius Roberts, to be a part of their visionary col-
laboration with Bahamian artists and artisans to bring the
Art Walk in Marina Village to fruition! The Art Walk, which
began on March 11, will take place on the second and last
Saturday of each month from 10am to 4pm to celebrate
and promote Bahamian fine art, crafts, and foods on the
porches and under tents along the walkway of the Marina
Village, an architectural gem that was designed by the late
Jackson Burnside III in homage to our rich Bahamian ar-
chitecture. Atlantis has made a bold step forward to ex-
pose our visitors and locals to the phenomenal creativity of
the Bahamian people, and we are indeed that much closer
to achieving the Doongalik vision statement by the year
2020!! Please come and join us on Saturday, March 25!
