An Ms. Zizzo had a fall at home, Her daughter called g11 and she was sent to

Kaiser HospitaURoseville emergency room and diafinosed with a
bruised back with no
frastures showing ol tl',e x-rays. Kajser doctors adiisea that she be ptaced in nursing
home for approximately one week of rehabilitation.

of her mother,s Durable
Power of Attorney,.while.signing the-admissions paperwork speciticatty

Rebecca Holland, the Admissions Director, that hei mother was
not td ne given any
antipsychotic medications. She was reassured that her mother would
not 5e givenLny
antipsychotic drugs. Ms. Conover also inforrned the facility that hei mother
was not
incontinent and a diaper was unnecessary and that she should
be taken to the
hathroom. However, within a day of admittance she was put in diapers

tests on her back because her level of pain was so acute that there must
