Solution:

First I would make the seasonal employees pay the same as a permanent employees that had
just begun to work for the company. But to keep the permanent employees with seniority
happy, I would base everyones pay off of the actual sizes of the pools being serviced.
Basically, I would assign the large pools together and put less of them on the schedule for the
day. Instead of 6 large pools to be cleaned, I would have the team clean 5 of them per day and
delegate more teams for the others. I would then add 1-2 small pools onto the workload of the
other teams with the smaller pools to make sure that all the work was being completed.
