Training Strategy or Approach

The right strategy or approach is formulated through considering the age,


experience, needs, and expertise of the trainees.

Training topics
Topics to be included should be considered like: skills, knowledge, attitude, and
appearance.

1. Cashier - balancing interpersonal service skills with adherence to store


policies and procedures to ensure a lasting impression on the customer
2. Clerks - transactional features and functions of the point of sale application
3. Sales and Marketing Director - access to leading experts in the field of
marketing and sales training to learn and share new ideas
4. General Manager - training on products, business operations, sales and
marketing

Training design

The training design serves as a framework for the whole training program. This
includes external factors such as the materials, supplies, and venue of the training.
