TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Recruitment

As a policy, the Human Resource (HR) Department recruits new personnel for any
vacant position.

Requirements for Employment

Curriculum vitae, resume or bio-data


Educational and work experience and/or qualification prescribed for the job
Desirable personality and traits necessary to ensure harmonious relations
with superiors and co-workers
Satisfactory professional and personal references
Satisfactory results of physical, mental, psychological examination and/or
tests, as the case maybe
National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and Police Clearance;
Social Security System Number (E-1 Form) and Tax Identification Number
(TIN)
Transcript of records
ID Pictures (1 pc. each 2x2 & 1X1 in blue background, 2x2 in white
background)
Certificate of Birth
Certificate of Employment
Copy of clearance from the previous employer; m. Two (2) copies of
government issued IDs (i.e. Drivers License, SSS ID, Passport, etc.)

Handling of Applicants

1. Applicant submits resume along with completed application form.


2. Applicant is informed of interview date.
3. The General Manager / Sales & Marketing Director interviews the applicant.
4. A selection committee consisting of the General manager, Sales and
Marketing Director, the cashier and the senior clerk scans which of the
applicants has the right personality and people skills that are needed for the
position and whether their personality is tolerable or pleasant to their possible
co-workers.
5. If the applicant is qualified, the General Manager / Sales & Marketing Director
will contact the applicant to inform him/her and schedule a medical
examination for the applicant, as well as the signing of the contract if the
applicants final decision is to work with the company.
Employee Classification

Regular Employee - An employee who has satisfactorily completed the


required probationary employment period and has met the company
standards for regularization involving, among other things, job productivity, job
knowledge, work attitude and faithful adherence to company rules and
regulations

Probationary Employee - An employee who is hired after complying with the


pre-employment requirements and is made to undergo the required
probationary employment period of not more than six (6) months to determine
his capacity or fitness to meet the company standard for regularization

Project or Contractual - Employee who is hired on a project or per contract


basis for a specified period or project or hired for the purpose of coping with
temporary abnormal increase in work load or to perform a non-regular job, or
to perform a job necessary for the compliance of the company of a
contractual obligation to a third party, and/or replacement of a regular
employee on leave

Apprentice - The Company may in its sole discretion hire for regular
employment an apprentice who is in the course of completing the
apprenticeship program and has proven his capacity to meet the company
standards and conditions for regularization
