Head heavy equioment maintenance

1. Plan and determine the schedule of periodic maintenance and technical inspection.

2. Organize and make arrangements of workshop personnel for periodic maintenance

3. Keep records of all activities of maintenance, repair and technical inspection, man hour, the name of the working
mechanics, spare parts & consumables items used.

4. Performs analysis of maintenance, repair and technical inspection data and establish standardization on each
activity.

5. Make periodic reports and evaluation of units that are less efficient, either because it is too old, over quantity or
not in accordance with the needs of the users.

1. Doing the damage analysis / Trouble Shooting on the vehicle / engine entrusted by customers

2. Organize working team of labor according to the type of fleet / engine, the type of damage and the need for
expertise, priority workmanship.

3. Oversee the mechanical work during the process, providing guidance if encountered difficulties in the process of
work

4. Make purchases parts and other materials to support the process of maintenance, repair, fabrication and
modification

6. Carrying out inspections of completed repairs.

1. Obtain goods or services needed by the company with the best prices, the best after-sales service, the best
quality, the quantity corresponding to the needs of the company / organization.
2. Looking for a potential new supplier as a provider of goods / services.

4. Ensure the goods / services received from the vendor / supplier meets with the purchase order documents

5. To coordinate with forwarder (transport service provider) to make a delivery of materials to the site

budget.
2. Calculating the number and capacity needs of transportation and heavy equipment according to the needs of the
user.
3. Determining standard fuel consumption according to the type of machinery and workfield.
4. Identify heavy equipment, transportations and infrastructure department requirements, problems and needs.
5. In cooperation with the business improvement division analyze the process flows around significant functions
and design business process models
6. Develop best practice procedures to optimize efficient utilization of the enterprise resources planning (ERP).
7. Review management needs for business process continuously and improvement.
8. Create standard operating procedure, work instruction, and standard documentation.
9. Assigned as deputy project manager in the information application system development and operational
reporting project, heavy equipment, transportations and infrastructure department.

2. Performs trouble shooting to diagnose the causes of any complicated malfunctions.

3. Studies workshop manual and diagrams in order to plan material and labor needed to accomplish tasks

4. Review work performance to ensure conformance with established methods, policies, and procedures

5. Carrying out inspections of completed repairs to ensure that the vehicle, heavy equipment anda other utilities is
safe to be operated.
