1. Reference: Memo from C, RPHRDD dated February 2, 2017

disseminating Memo from TADPRM dated January 26, 2017 with subject same as
above.

2. This pertains to the observation of the Civil Service Commission (CSC)

that there are still PNP personnel whose promotion orders effective 2004 and earlier
are not attested by the said commission. The CSC thru assistant commissioner
CABANAG gave last chance for revalidation to be effective on the date of their
promotion once attested by the CSC.

3. In this regard, please account all your personnel with unattested promotion
effective year 2004 and below and submit their names at this office ATTN
LDNPHRDD (thru: ldnadm@yahoo.com) NLT February 6, 2017 in hard and soft
copies for our subsequent submission to RPHRDD, PRO 10.

4. Further, ensure that all your personnel have been informed, for this will be
the last chance that the CSC will attest their promotion as a case of revalidation.

5. With this, sample format of the certification and the Memorandum from
DPRM was forwarded to your respective e-mail address for your reference.
