(seven (7) inches) and Sangandaan (gutter-deep) but still passable
Manila: Delpan-Recto (knee-deep); Bambang-Abad Santos Ave. (knee-
deep); Quezon Blvd.-North Bound (gutter-deep); P. Guevarra (gutter- deep);
Lacson Ave. (gutter-deep), Antipolo Espaňa (knee-deep); and Pureza
(gutter-deep) but still passable
Victoria, Laguna
Consultant to the Office of Governor Emilio Ramon Ejercito III reported
flooding in Victoria, Laguna and requested for rubber boats
D. Casualties

Eleven (11) fishermen in Brgy Sukdan, Bagamanoc, Catanduanes went
fishing on July 12, 2010 aboard three (3) motorized banca fishing off the
Eastern Pacific of Bagamanoc and failed to return home due to bad weather
condition and were confirmed missing. They are identified as Melchor
Chavinia, Crispin Fajardo, Rodulfo Fajardo, Eddie Cordez, Ronnie Dejarlo,
Jose Rojo, Jeven Evangelista, Ramon dela Cruz, Raymundo dela Cruz,
Rudy Evangelista and Noel Briones
B. Emergency Response
1st Infantry Battalion, PA under Col Bob Bacarro with 2 rubber boats
responded on the reported flooding in Victoria, Laguna and PCG Laguna
with three (3) rubber boats were also alerted
