Professional Biography
Barry Feirstein is an Information Technology expert with over 25 years of experience working with top tier firms,
including Morgan Stanley, BNY Mellon, Deutche Bank, AXA Financial & DTCC. As a hands-on leader, he is
passionate about leveraging technical innovation to drive top and bottom line growth. He stresses delivery of
substance and quality, while maintaining a long-term vision and strategic mindset.

Barry has augmented his technical foundation with extremely diverse and deep business knowledge of Global
Financial Markets; including all disciplines of Risk Management, Clearing & Settlement, Equity Trading, Fixed
Income, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Law Firm Practice Support.

On the technical front, he has amassed expertise in areas of information technology including Application
Development, Data Warehouse, Systems Integration with complex data feeds, Process Architecture, AGILE
Development, Infrastructure, Shared Services, Security, and QA/Testing. He is a member of the Blockchain
Working Group thats discovering best practices and the driving the future of distributed ledger technology.

As a C-Level strategist, he has honed a three pronged approach to transformation; understand the challenge,
devising a solution and firmly installing a repeatable, measurable process to ensure ongoing success. As with
all of his initiatives, he has demonstrated the ability to factually monetize, tangible, documented savings & ROI.

Throughout his career; he has built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business
models, and reviving existing business. Responsible for P&L, he has developed and managed profitable
business products into mature revenue-generating engines and also worked abroad to build DTCC's first
offshore technology services center in Chennai, India, forming their Global Services organization.

He is a certified Computer Science B.S. with a concentration in Finance and SEI CMMI Process Engineer, and
has instituted process architecture for organizations, overcoming engrained cultures of informal practices with
repeatable, documented standards resulting in productivity gains, improved controls and governance.

He is a Six Sigma Chairman Award winner, Microsoft Certified Solution Engineer, and has presented at
numerous industry events.
