1. SMS spamming in production - Production
Until further notice from Jeremy the outgoing SMS gateway remains
turned of

2. Resolving response issues - Production


This work is still in progress CoreApp is currently testing a cloud environment for the
application. Testing is scheduled to be completed by the end of this week and once the
results of the testing have been analysed then they will present a proposal for cloud
hosting of the environment.

3. SMS daily log file and automation of the upload


UTL is currently trying to resolve file formatting issues before any further work can take
place. UTL do not see any value in trying to automate the uploading of the file at this
stage.

Agenda Items
1. Specific errors that urgently require a fix reference Peters latest e-mail of
3rd March. We have highlighted a number of errors that are effectively "blockers"
to testing progress and require urgent attention. These errors already appear on
the error log and some have been outstanding for a considerable time.

#189 and 190 - Agent Upsell - policy details do not get recorded

#273 - Loyalty Uploader - loyalty cover menu is not working properly

This was a P1 issue but has been changed to a P3 - this needs to be
changed back to P1/P2 and a fix provided

#329 - Create Policy - policy created via CoreApp does not get displayed in
the USSD simulator

Overall % resolved (excluding P3 and P4) = 65.1%

There has been a continued overall improvement in error fixing during the past week.
The yellow line (errors logged minus errors fixed) in the graph above is currently
trending in the right direction (towards zero).
We need to remember however that once the errors preventing further progress with
testing (The Blockers) are cleared (these are errors 17, 189, 190, 233, 273 and 329)
this will open up new areas of the system for testing and this may result in an increase
in the error rate.

The current priorities for CoreApp are:


a. Fix P1 and P2 errors
b. Complete Post Implementation Phase of Upsell development what specs are
needed from Inclusivity for this?
c. Fix P3 errors
