Dr. Peter DeWitt
Best-Selling Author & International Speaker
Dr. Peter DeWitt is the author of Collaborative
Leadership: Six Influences that Matters Most
published last month with a foreword by John Hattie.
It focuses on collaborative leadership and highlights
six of John Hatties influences that foster collaborative
leadership so that leaders can place a laser-like focus
on these few influences rather than being
overwhelmed by the many. Dr. DeWitts other best-

Peter DeWitt (Ed.D) is a former K-5 teacher (11

Mr. Hartley is recognized throughout the state and
region as being one of the leading authorities on
the subject of legal issues in education. Educators
across the state of Georgia are always anxious to
hear his interpretations of the latest legislation
passed, and this conference will give all
participants an opportunity to be the first to get Mr.
Hartleys legal issues update from the 2017
General Assembly session.

Larry Bell has been the keynote speaker at many

Dr. David Guerin is the 2017 NASSP National
Digital Principal of the Year. As a principal of 12
years, Geurin works to implement, promote, and
monitor a shared technology-infused vision. He is a
passionate advocate for student learning, working
closely with his Digital Learning committee to help
guide the vision for Bolivar High School (BHS) in
Missouri. Last year, BHS partnered with other
schools to initiate a campaign, #StartsWithUs, to
use social media as a way to promote tolerance and
acceptance. The school also launched a 1:1 program
where he and his staff were able to see students
learning in new, powerful ways. He shares ideas
about digital empowerment and learning on his
blog.
In 2013, Dr. Geurins school was named a National
Blue Ribbon School. In 2014, he was principal of
the year in his area. His blog has almost a quarter-
million views. Dr. Guerin is passionate about
education, innovation, and leadership. He strives to
use his 20 years experience as an educator to
provide leadership in his school. He also strives to
help outstanding educators get even better. He
