ment and' cormunity affairs. The Strathmore BeL Pre Recreation Association
is a condominir:m type organizatlon comprised. of all of these homeor^rnersand
owas and' operates the Strathmcre BeJ- Pre SwimrninC;PooI and. Tennrs Cou:.-ls rn
accord.ance with Case #2351+"

Orir Civic Association is planaing a community ceJ-ebration for the juiy +th
weekend.. This vill includ.e a parad.e and fiel-d day for the smalle: ch:'5:er:,
a la;tily picnic, and an evening party for adults around. the sr+imm:::g:oc1.

The Board' of Appeals d.ecision granting the va?iance for the l-ocat:-cn oi',he
ocol and tennis courts within the ccnrmunity proh:bits the transpcrra:ic: c:
consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises. The Civic and Reci.eation
Association Jointly request that this restriction be l-i.fted for theJuty \th
ad.u-l-tevening party, as has been d.one in the past. fhe planned party wilr

case of inclement veather. The alcoholic beverages to be served, if you
concur, will be beer and wine. The reguJ-ar licensed operating staff of the
