Al Amal Polyclinics Mission is to provide a range of quality
health care which go with the needs and expectations of the
people in Saudi Arabia and other surrounding GCC countries.
To provide better health care and also achieve excellence
in patient care
To provide the advance medical service with modern
technology
To provide quality service which is cost effective, to meet the needs and expectations of
Bahrain and surrounding Middle East
To provide medical tourism and intermediate referral center

The mission statement stated by Al Amal Polyclinic is depicting all the factors that should affect
a good mission statement i.e. environment, customers, benefits to society, public image,
profitability and growth in terms of medical tourism and intermediate referral center but they
missed one factor that cannot be judged by this particular statement and that is Philosophy and
values.
Secondly their site doesnt open the departmental links so it was difficult to know their separate
departmental goals.

How the department mission aligning with the company mission?

Health department supporting company mission by making safe and healthy quality of
Equipments and other sterilized products which helps the hospital to achieve their goals by
saving the life of people and these services also help them to earn profit and make their Hospital
name in the state.
