COURSE SYLLABUS IN PERSONS AND FAMILY RELATIONS(*):

(Prepared by Judge Cynthia Martinez Florendo)

Objectives:
(1). To have the students familiarize themselves with the provisions of the laws
relative to persons and family relations
(2) To have the students understand the tenets of laws through jurisprudence.
a. To let students digest cases and for them to be able to cite the law of the
case and recite them in class
b. To let them write their digested cases in a composition notebook for them to
be able to practice writing and eventually have legible handwriting.
