This has reference to our communication regarding your interest for your Institute's visit to Mundra. As per our telecommunication, we are pleased to
alllot 1st of November-2013 for your visit.

Adani Foundation, with a view to familiarize and educate students of Gujarat in the field of infrastructure development has started two days educational
tour to Mundra. The students are taken to Adani units such as, Adani Port, Adani Power Plant and Adani Edible Oil Refinery. The students get
exposure to technical knowledge that will enhance their concept regarding the practical aspects of operation in such multi scale industry and also in the
fast changing scenario of the world.

The tour is held for 76 students and 4 teachers, transported in 2 x 2 Air Conditioned buses with a capacity of 40 each. The entire arrangements and
expenditure of the visit, is made by the foundation.

Further, the detailed programme of the visit is also enclosed herewith.

Pl also find enclosed herewith formats for 1) Letter for Educational Trip/Undertaking, 2) List of students and 3) Consent letter from the parents.
Pl kindly send us the undertaking and student list in person on the school's letterhead, duly signed and stamped at the earliest. And the consent letters
are to be kept at the school itself.
