Dispositions For Teaching: Evaluation by Cooperating

Comments:
Mr. Jeewan has been a valuable asset to our school. He has developed his teaching ability over the
two weeks, making clear progress from his first lesson and responding positively to constructive
criticism. He has been flexible and committed, taking on extra teaching responsibilities at short notice
to cover for teacher illness. He has developed a positive relationship with the students, and has been
able to make a good judgment of their abilities and personalities in a short period of time. He took the
initiative to ask the students for feedback in order to improve his practice. When not teaching, he has
organised his own observation timetable and assisted with administrative tasks. He has built positive
relationships with other members of staff at the school.
