Setting of the Study

The study will take place in Centro Escolar University Gil Puyat

Makati, Philippines under the supervision of Mr. Alvin S. Sicat

Communication Skills 14 Professor.

Centro Escolar University was founded on June 3, 1907 by two

women, Doa Librada Avelino and Doa Carmen de Luna for the

instruction and training of the youth in all branches of arts and sciences.

As of today, with four campuses and over fifty academic programs, the

academic institution has gone far beyond its founders vision in building

steps towards the dreams and goals of the Filipino youth.

Moreover, the researchers decided upon conducting the research in

Centro Escolar Gil PuyatMakati, Philippines to further investigate the

relationship of sleeping habits and academic performance of 2 nd year

students BS in Medical Technology.
