NAGALAND CONSERVATORY

OF MUSIC

ANNUAL REPORT
2015-2016
MESSAGE FROM THE
DIRECTOR OF STUDIES
Greetings in Christ!

The Nagaland Conservatory of Music (NCM) is on the threshold of celebrating
its 4th founding anniversary this August 2016 and we have a lot to celebrate and to
be grateful for. We are grateful and overjoyed because of the outpouring of bless-
ings and support that we have received from you. We are grateful because we are
privileged to bring together our common vision towards excellence in music educa-
tion in our immediate community, and perhaps -- the South Asian region.

NCM stands uncompromising with its mission to bring our students into greater
heights in performance and education. Our quality of music education is at par with
international standards and therefore has the capacity to attract more students
around the region. All that made possible by our highly qualified, accomplished
and immensely regarded faculty members and staff. We are sublimely blessed with
hardworking set of inspired individuals. With that, we are not only looking into serving
the Northeast region but we are also widening our vista towards the whole South
Asian region. NCM has the potential to expand its horizons, we might be lacking in
infrastructure but we are winning in our zeal to inspire, educate and empower.

To inspire, educate and empower: these are the main ingredients that con-
stitute our machinery to motivate our students to achieve and succeed. Our fac-
ulty members are always eager to stimulate our students to not only survive but to
thrive. To thrive and flourish so that in time these very same students can also inspire,
educate and empower others. With this same spirit of inspiration , education and
empowerment we would like to share with you some of our students great achieve-
ments of the last academic year 2015-2016.

May this inspire and empower you just the way it did us.
Thank you and may Gods mighty blessings be upon you.
