CONCLUSION

This research paper focused on the perspectives of HUMSS

students towards extrajudicial killing. It is killing a person without
due processes and taking the right of a person to live and have
second chances. Majority of the HUMSS students agreed that
extrajudicial killing do really exist in our society nowadays. It
affects many lives of innocent people who are being dragged to
this issue. Even teenagers who are inocents are now afraid being
alone walking on the streets without any companion because of
the killings that is happening surrounds their place. It also
changes the perspective of others that killing is not a sin because
they think its right to kill people because of thats what they see
happening the our country.

There will always be a way to resolve this issue and killing is the
least thing to do in keeping our country drug-free and to lessen
the crime rate but other believes that it must be stop. Killing is
not just a crime, it is a sin imprint of people especially in God's
side. We are about to know and remember no matter how worse
we have done, everybody must be given a chance to change
because no one has a right to deprived anyone's human right.

RECOMMENDATION

The group recommends that in behalf of the decision of the

government, still the approval of the people must be counted to
make it fair because we, the people are bounded with this law
ahead. We are at that stage of our civilization where we have long
abandoned the ancient practice of relying on operatives to
dispense justice through the smoking barrel of their guns. We
have advanced our civilization by relying on gun-wielding men to
apprehend criminals, but have separately assigned the task of
listening to accusations of guilt and protestations of innocence to
men and women who mete out penalties.

It is true that our current justice system is notoriously imperfect

and graft-prone. But we do not improve our way of life by
marching back to the Dark Ages where justice is made
synonymous with violence. We improve our defective justice
system by fixing it, not by abandoning it.
It is true that the proliferation of drugs is partly due to corrupt
judges. But it is also true that illegal drugs proliferate because of
a corrupt police force and a corrupt prosecution service, both of
which are executive agencies within the Presidents control to
reform.
It is also true that before our children become drug dependents
who clog police and court dockets, there are the education,
health, and social welfare departments which are executive
agencies within the Presidents control to tap for instructive,
reformative, and curative solutions to the drug menace.
We may end up accused of a crime more serious than the ones
perpetrated by our archenemies. This study must be consider to
any research in the future who has a common topic for a reason
that brings significant difference for all people where it provides
them knowledge about the extrajudicial killing.
