WHY IS THIS LOCATION SUITABLE FOR YOUR PROJECT?

I am choosing this location as the background will relate to the theme of festivals as I will be going
for the get ready before the festival so this is will make it seem more realistic if I get a candid
photo of the model in her outfit doing her hair or make up.

To get to this location you can take bus, walk To get inside the location just go through the side
or even drive and isnt far away from the entrance to the house.

GENERAL INFORMATION
People who might be affected by recording in this location:
People who are living in my house would be affected as they might not like the over crowdedness of
having model and other people in the area or maybe busy and the photos may get in peoples ways.

Precautions/measures taken to minimise the impact of your recording:

I will need to make sure that no one in the house is affected by the photo shoot which will be taking
place and make sure they will not be near where the photos are being taken so they arent in the
way.

As we will be instead there will be electrical plugs for us to easily

Power sources available access meaning that if something does run out of charger then it is
okay as we have somewhere close where we can charger up.
As we will be at my home we will have a lunch/ snack break for
everyone and I will provide food for everyone so everything is still
full on energy for the photo-shoot. Doing this means the models

will have time to relax and have a break before they carry on
getting photos taken as we dont want to the model to get
annoyed or tried.
As the toilet is inside we wont have to worry if someone is
desperate for the toilet as then they can quickly just go and no
equipment will have to be put away if someone does need to go.

However, it would be beneficial if people went toilet before they
went on the photo shoot as we can get it done in a quicker space
of time.
Telephones As we are inside we will have full signal phones so people will be

easily being accessed if they need to make phone calls or receive
phone calls off anyone.
As we will be inside the house it means we can do the shoot for
slightly longer than if we were outside. We can do the timing
around 11-5 as we will be able to use some light from the house
for the shoot.
999 as then we can access police, fire service, ambulance. This is
because they need to know in case someone rings up the police to
report strange actions going on they can explain to them that
filming is taking place. If the ambulance service already knows the
address of the place, we are filming if anything happens they know
where to get to. This relates to the fire service as well as they will
be pre warned of the risks which could happen and the location.

Measurements of space used on location: (Use paces if necessary)

The location is inside my house is around 10 paces which mean there is enough room for people to
move around still while the photo shoot is happening.

Describe any restrictions/hazards in the immediate vicinity:

In the house there is animals which may get in the way of the photos so before the pictures are
being taken we will have to make sure they are out of the room so they cannot distract the photo
shoot.

Where will the crew work on this location?

The crew will be working to the side of the model as its the best way to get a candid photo of the
model getting ready and will give a greater effect.

Where will the cast work on this location?

The model will be working at her dressing table where all her makeup is and her mirror which makes
it easier for the audience to understand what the model is doing at that moment before reading any
of content.

TOP 3 RISKS IDENTIFIED ON LOCATION

(N.B. this does not replace the Risk Assessment form which must be carried out for any practical project)
As this is smallest location so if the dressing table is knocked it could make the mirror or any
perfume bottles fall over causing damage if anyone stood or did anything near any of the fallen
glass. However, we will be very careful while moving and the perfume will be moved away to
avoiding anything getting knocked over.

If anyone is stood behind the door someone could open it and hit someone who would mean that
someone could get injured so during the photo shoot we will have the door open which means we
will get more light coming into the room and means that there will be no injuries.

As it is a smaller space while people are moving around they could knock over the camera which
will damage the photo shoot so during the shoot we will make sure that the tripod and camera are
safely put up and people to be careful around the camera.
