TOTAL HARDNESS

Take 20 ml sample of Filtered Water.

Add 1 ml Buffer Solution (Ammonia)

Add 3-4 drops of Erichrome Blake T (EBT 0.5% in Alcohol).

Then titrate the solution with 0.02N EDTA (4g in 1000ml Water)

End Point

End point is Purple color
