9 The arrangement of Each chapter should be separated by doclet printed with <<Chapter
Chapters, headings, number and name>> (font size of 36).
Sub-headings, Each chapter should start with <<Chapter number and name>> (font size
Tables, Photographs, 16).
Figures etc. in a
chapter Each heading in a chapter should be properly numbered, for example 2.1
<title of heading>, 2.2 <title of heading> etc., where the first digit
representing the chapter number and second digit representing the heading
number.
Subheading, if any, may be indicated as 2.1.1 <title of sub-heading>,
2.1.2 <sub-title of heading> etc., the first digit represents the chapter
number, the second represents the heading number and the third digit
represents the sub-heading number.

Table: Tables in a chapter may be serially numbered as Table. 2.1, 2.2 ...
etc., following its description, where the first digit represents the chapter
number and the second digit represents table number in that chapter.

Photograph: The photographs may be represented as Photo 2.1, 2.2


etc., the first digit represents the chapter number and the second represents
the photograph number in that chapter.
Figures/Graphs: The figures/graphs should clearly indicate the points
which are used for drawing the curve or curves. The points may be indicated
by the following symbols. All the letters in the figures/graphs should be
written with stencils.

The figures/graphs may be represented as Figure/Graph 2.1 <title of


figure/graph>, 2.2 <title of figure/graph>...etc., the first digit represents
chapter number and the second represents the figure/graph number in that
chapter.

11 References At the end of report where the listing of references is done, the list should be
made strictly in an alphabetic order of the name of the authors.
