Kathleen Renard has been an English teacher at William Byrd High School since 2005 where she develops lesson plans, utilizes technology in the classroom, analyzes student data, and collaborates with other teachers. Since 2014, she has also served as the yearbook adviser, leading the class to a first place ranking in 2015. She was previously the forensics coach from 2012-2014 and senior class sponsor from 2006-2008 and 2009-2011, where she planned major senior events. Renard earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Language Arts from Bowling Green State University in 2004, graduating magna cum laude with high GPAs.
