The above candidate is hereby directed to appear for the Certificate Verification to verify and confirm the genuineness of his/her claim made in the on-line application for
the post of Junior Inspector of Cooperative Societies in the Cooperative Department in Tamil Nadu Cooperative Subordinate Service included in Combined Civil Services
Examiniation III(Group IIIA). Hence, consideration of the candidate for Certificate Verification cannot be construed as a clearance for further selection process.

2. He/She is, therefore, directed to present himself/herself for the CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION onthe designated date and time, as mentioned above, at the office of the Tamil
Nadu Public Service Commission, Frazer Bridge Road,(Near Chennai Fort Railway station and Broadway bus terminus), Chennai 600 003. He/She should produce all the original
documents along with Two sets of photocopies in respect of all the claims made by him/her in the Online application. Apart from that, If he/she fails to produce any one or more
of the following documents in original, at the time of Certificate Verification, he/she will not be admitted for further process of selection and oral test under any circumstances
and his/her application is liable to be rejected:-

3. He/She is directed to produce his/her documents as per the claims made by the candidate under the category mentioned above.

i.
Evidence for Date of Birth: SSLC/HSC/Degree.
ii.
Evidence ofeducational qualification as mentioned below as on 17.05.2013 as specified in para. 3(B) of the Commissions Notification for this
post;

(a) SSLC or The certificate of eligibility for College Course of studies in the Madras, Madurai and Annamalai Universities issued by the Board of
Secondary Education or by any other Competent authority.

(b) HSC or Pre-University examination or A Diploma in Rural Services awarded by the National Council for Rural Higher education with
Cooperation as one of the Subjects. (c) A degree in Commerce or Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management awarded by Natesan Institute of
Cooperative Management, Madras or Institute of Cooperative Management, Madurai.

Evidence for Experience: Candidates who were working as Supervisor of Cooperative Societies and other non official employees of cooperative
institutions must have undergone a course of training in any of the Cooperative training institutes in the State and a pass in the examinations in
Cooperation, Auditing, Banking and Book-Keepingconducted by the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Union and must have rendered the service of at
least five years as Supervisor or other non-official employee of Cooperative Societies.

Evidence ofQualification in Tamil : S.S.L.C / P.U.C /H.S.C / Degree in the case of candidates who have passed the said examination(s) with
Tamil as one of the language (or) Evidence for having passed the Second Class Language Test (Full Test)
in Tamil.
v In respect of Destitute Widow candidates, who have made claim in the online application, Destitute Widow Certificate issued by the RDO or the
Assistant Collector or the Sub-Collector in the prescribed format.

vi Community Certificate from the competent revenue authority as specified in para. 15 (f) of the Commissions Instructions to candidates.

vii Evidence for religion (Community Certificate / TC).

viii Certificate of character and conduct obtained from the Head of Institution in which he/she last studied/ studying.

ix A conduct certificate obtained on or after 01.05.2013 from a Government officer belonging to Group A or Group B category, duly mentioning the
candidates name, Fathers name, address and the period during which he/she is known to the Government officer (Minimum 2 years).

In respect of Differently Abled candidates, Proper certificate of Physical Disability obtained from the Medical Board, in the relevant
Speciality,specifying the nature and degree of disability with a certificate that his/her disability would not render him/her in capable of efficiently
discharging his/her official duties for the post of Junior Inspector of Co-operative Societies.

xi Ex-Serviceman Certificate: The candidates who have claimed in their online

application as Ex-Serviceman should produce Pension Pay Order, Discharge book and Ex-Serviceman Certificate in the prescribed format
duly authenticated by the District Ex-Ex-Serviceman Welfare Officer along with evidence for drawing pension.
xii No Objection Certificate in case of candidates who are in Government Service / Undertakings.

xiii Four copies of recent passport size photographs

xiv A photocopy of all the above documents should also be kept ready for producing them,
if necessary.
Notes:
i.
Consideration of the candidate for the certificate verification will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for the oral test.
ii.
The application of the candidate under Departmental Category could not be considered for further process if the candidate fails to produce necessary
evidence regarding the experience and educational qualification mentioned in para 3(B) of Commissions Notification No. 8/2013.
iii.
The Instructions underlined in paragraph (3) above will be strictly enforced.
iv.
The candidates who fail to produce the original documents of essential certificates mentioned above will not be admitted to the certificate verification and they
will not be given any further chance to appear for the certificate verification.

The candidate will not be admitted to the certification verification / oral test if he/she fails to attend himself/herself on the scheduled date and time specified
above.
vi.
The admission of the candidate to the certificate verification is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claims made in his/her on-line
application towards age, educational qualification etc., through original documents. If any of the claim is found to be false or incorrect, his/her provisional
admission to the certificate verification will be cancelled and his/her application will be rejected.
vii.
The admission of the candidate to the certificate verification is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and also subject to the final orders
to be passed by the Honble High Court of Madras/Madurai bench of the Madras High Court in the writ petitions pending on the files of Honble High Court of
Madras/Madurai bench relating to this recruitment.
