Prologue
We observe many computers which are highly affected virus. Lack of proper
maintenance and qualified teachers, The computer lost its value and just has kept
metal box. The lecture had a great chance to challenge recover the old computer and
started to lecture among the pupils. How we teach the computer (IT knowledge and its
practice) to the secondary school student. There are old model computers but there is no
internet facility, Chapter start from concept of computer to create website. I hope this
document helps the teachers who involve the computer class.

Back ground
All computers had affected by virus due to run computer without antivirus.
All computers had not internet and work as stand-alone (Local computer).

Feature
z Collect the survey from student and check their capability for computer and
personal information.
z School handed over to the guardian timetable and outline for this class which keeps
better understanding between school and guardians.
z I made educational material for each subject and kept it share on Slideshare cloud
storage. There are 12 PowerPoints on it. Open the slideshare.net and search key
word as bodhisukha school. Everybody and everywhere we can download the file.
z All related document were saved on cloud storage and shared on demand. Teachers
should take this advantage in modern IT world. Education system will be improve
and keep it always update. School need to establish to cooperate other institution
and keep contact which gets more ideas widely.
z All the documents like schedule, Students individual information. Survey form,
power point and other related document should keep under cloud with proper
security. Try to use google Drive or MSN one drive. Both two provide free space to
keep document free up to 15GB.
z Students progress will see by survey which has self-check mark-sheets, Collect
students feedback in 200 words against this lesson which helps more ideas for next
session.
z Guardians will get student progress sheet and his voice as well as message from
school against this class which leads mature contact among the student, teachers
and school
z The survey collected by paper print and it was delivered by printed material. We do
implement this work by digital system in near future with proper internet
connection both school and home. Same time school and family have to know proper
use of IT. Both are needed to handle the information properly. Dont keep message
or inquire letter without reply long time.
z The survey or question paper will automatically generate by Google form. Teachers
should know this skill and practice. We can send and receive the form and collect
information in one place.

Tips for tuition


1. Each session start to let read power point which designed for the special class for 10
to 15min.
2. Let do self-learning with PowerPoint which designed for todays subject for
10-15min.
3. After students read it, teacher approach student one by one and check the student
understanding. Teacher should sit side by side without any barrier. Feel equal
position.
4. Let maintain computer anytime with utility tool. Make the student habit this
regularly. Check the registry cleaning, temperature of hard disk, clean the junk file
and check the startup time.
5. Usually Youngers need more practice to write story. Give the practice for compose
minimum 200 words rottenly often.
6. Writing skill, image editing, basic excel, practical hardware, create power point and
create website creation combined under one stage. It offers the student more
interesting as well as easy understanding.
7. Let think the student that power point is a tool for presentation. Presentation
performed addressing particular subject to limited time and person. But website
performed it role worldwide anytime.
8. I put special power point slide in PowerPoint lesson. Add virtual PowerPoint slide
on it which fill up then go next slide as just play game. The theme of this class, I
brought virtual water company named as AASSAA Water Company. Students fill
up the form and complete the PowerPoint. Then finally students perform as
Presentator and let discuss among themselves. Content of the slides are name of
company, contact details, company profile, special promotion etc.
9. Create special excel book for the lesson. Show the left side as sample and right side
for practical cells. It was highly recommend taking this kind of book and sheet to
each excel. It is easy to understand. Among this excel book, I kept 10 sheet which
can get skill of excel easy one to advanced one.
10. Give the student own time to think it. Teacher should give small tips, if they feel
doubt. Do less operation of computer instead of student.
11. Undo your action once you performed front of the students, then repeat the action
few times. Students confirm the procedure and understand it well. It has same
sense that teacher erase the black board and let the students repeat it again.
12. The explanation about the subject should bring easy example for their
understanding. I explained computer replaced into vehicle.
13. Instant word press is powerful tool to let understand the student website without
internet facility. Let student know about computer, then get the skill of compose
story and edit image as first step. Then let make PowerPoint which has same
contents. Students will notice similarity with both. This process provide the
students high thinking through the lesson step by step.
14. Teacher needs more practical way and gets skills for computer. Most of the teacher
who has diploma of computer science as well as learned programing can teach
computer to this age group properly? Make sure that to know only theory does not
help you neither contribute education for them and your teaching skill. So teacher
should brush up their selves and make own educational material in each session.
