JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

JOB TITLE : PLANNING ENGINEER

LOCATION : ETIMAAD HOUSE

PURPOSE : This Job Accountabilities describes the duties and

responsibilities of Planning Engineer.

SCOPE : This Job Accountabilities shall apply to anyone who is

assigned to this position.

REPORTING TO : MANAGER PLANT SERVICES

CONCEPT OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist the Manager Plant Services for the preparation of Technical & Commercial Proposals
for Maintenance, modification jobs, pre-qualification documents and manpower supply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To study & understand the scope of work mentioned in tender document.

2. To make job plans in Primavera Project Planner to evaluate the manpower, man-hours
and equipment, required for execution.
3. To assist proposal manager for preparation of method statements and arranging rigging
studies as per technical proposal requirement.
4. To arrange and prepare CVs of key personnel for the proposals.
5. To prepare deployment schedule of direct, indirect, establishment manpower and
equipment.
6. Costing of technical proposal under the guidance of proposal manager.
7. To prepare the list of consumables and tools after technical evaluation.
8. To compile the proposal as per tender document requirement. To assist the proposal
manager for selection of direct/indirect manpower after awarding the job.
9. Takes ownership of Companys Core and operating Values & QHSE Policy.
