world including the World Trade Centre in NYC and the Frank Gehry-designed Brooklyn Arena.

Additionally, we have worked on several multi-billion dollar industrial projects. Our industrial

project experience spans everything from power plants, petrochemical plants and refineries to

cement plants, oil and gas exploration facilities and civil infrastructure structures

Prothious has completed projects across six continents. Our geographic coverage includes North

America, South America, the U.K., the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. Our staff is

located in six offices in four cities in India and we have sales offices in North America, the U.K.,

the Middle East, South Africa, Brazil and Australia. With such expansive global presence, our

resources can be extended to almost any corner of the world, regardless of a projects location,

Design-Build corporations.

Consulting Engineers, EPC and design , Architects and Owners/Operators across six
continents.

3. Who are your competitors?


DNA Group, hitechos etc.

4. What's your competitors brand position?


In par with Prothius company in delivering customers solutions at right time in most
effective manner.

5. What drawback will your company solve?


Many of our services fall outside of the standard model of outsourcing; our customers
antecedently handled such tasks in-house. however once corporations utilize our
resources particularly for repetitive, low-margin, commoditized and subcontracted work
they gain many vital benefits. Our services enable customers to complete comes on-
time or prior to schedule, increase capability to require on additional work, bid additional
jobs and bigger comes with confidence, unlock important internal man power and
ultimately increase revenue.

6. What's your price proposition? Is it distinctive?
Regardless of business or project kind, we tend to invariably facilitate our customers to:

promoting prices competitive advantage, improved market position, workers pride and
satisfaction are the things that are noticeable to them.

Superior client service will facilitate your business to grow by increasing the quantity of
customers attracted by favourable advertising, the dollars spent by every client per
dealings, the frequency and variety of times your customers look with you.

9. What are the emotional advantages that solely you deliver to your customers?
Better client service provides improved client satisfaction, stronger client loyalty,
consistency of work-flow practices, reduced promoting prices competitive advantage,
improved market position, workers pride and satisfaction. All this factors can finally
cause higher attrition rate.

10. What kind of personality your brand have?


Organizations will improve and secure their future by participating during a method of
continual improvement and adopting new processes of conformity assessment. Finally
yield improvement can end in improved client service. This helps in making complete
image of the firm for the long run.

Conclusion

By carrying out this project we came across the various branding techniques that are
applicable to the company Prothius engineering services and how they are into the internal

branding of the company and how it is fruitful in getting their customers attrition and build
customer loyalty and satisfaction.
