The mean, median and mode all increased by 5. The variance decreased only by a little so that
caused the standard deviation to stay the same.

All of the grades are affected the same amount. They were all multiplied by the same fraction.
Method X would be appropriate if there was some points that all the children or majority of the
children missed then you could just add the number to the value. Method Y would be appropriate
if the scores were only a little off from where the teacher wanted them to be.

Finding STANDARD DEVIATION for Method Z:

Multiplying the grades by a fixed percentage caused a large jump from the original number.
Some of the kids that did great ended up getting a near perfect or over perfect score and the kids
who were failing by almost 10 points ended up getting an almost passing grade. I feel like
Method z is most similar to Method X because they both had large jumps compared to Method Y
where the grade is only getting a little help.

Central Limit Theorem: states that if you take a sample of a large group of people (over 30)
then the average or mean should equal. Mean of sample = mean of people.
