User /Institute login to existing AICTE Portal with the credentials provided by AICTE.
Click on New/Extension Approval tab.

Click on Add Dual Degree Course button to create a new Dual Degree Course Record.
Once you click on Add Dual Degree Course Button , It will auto populate the following
things.
1) Programme : MANAGEMENT
2) Level Of Course : Dual Degree
3) Name Of Course : MASTERS OF APPLIED MANAGEMENT
4) Course duration : 5
5) Year Started : 2012
6) FULL TIME/PART TIME : FULL TIME.
7) Intake Applied for 2012-13 : 60.
Note : The auto populated things are non editable for user.

Note:
In Case if you are not able to view your Course record then click on View All Courses
Button as marked (Fig 2.2).

Click on Add Integrated Course button to create a new Integrated Course Record.

In Case if you are not able to view your Course record then click on View All Courses
Button as marked (Fig 2.2).
Note:
If the Institute are eligible for both the Courses then both the buttons Add Dual Degree
Button Add Integrated Course button will be Enable. Otherwise, For respective Institute
respective Buttons will be Enable.

Once you are done with entering all the details for Dual Degree/Integrated Course, then you
need to submit the course for further approval.

a) The Program You added in Dual Course /Integrated Course Tab should be Present in your
Program Tab. Otherwise it will not allow to submit course & will through error shown below:
In Above Case ARCHITECTURE AND TOWN PLANNING was not present in Program tab of
Institute.

Affiliating University/Board Cannot be left blank for any course .Otherwise it will
through you an error shown below:
Select the appropriate Affiliating University/Board for course & click on Save Button .

Once you are done with entering all the Valid data ,Now you can proceed for Submit Course
Click on Submit Course Button. Once you click on button it will ask you for Confirmation as
shown in fig.
Click OK if You are done with entering all valid Data for courses, Furthermore the
courses will become read only & then you will not be able to edit data.

Afterwards, You will get an message indicating your courses are successfully submitted as
shown in fig.

Once you Submit Dual Degree/Integrated Course Course ,then you can proceed for
Payments.

Select the mode of payment from the options available in the list. There are two mode of
Payments options available:
CIB (ICICI Only) For users who want to make payment from Corporate Internet
Banking Account of ICICI Bank.
CIB/Retail Banking(Other Bank) For users who want to make payment from
Retail Banking Account of other banks (including ICICI bank) and Corporate
Internet Banking Account of other banks.

For making payment via Corporate Internet Banking of ICICI Bank, select the Mode of
Payment CIB (ICICI Bank Only).
After selecting the mode of payment, the Amount will be calculated automatically.

Click on the link Click Here to Make Payment (ICICI Bank Only) to continue with the
Payment process.

You will be redirected to ICICI bank CIB payment Page. Enter Corporate ID/User ID
/Password and click on Login Button.

Transaction ID, Receipt Flag and Transaction Date are populated once the Payment
has been successfully done.

For making payment via Corporate Internet Banking or Retail Banking, select the
option CIB/Retail Banking (Other Bank).

After selecting the mode of payment, the Amount will be calculated automatically.
The Amount needs to be paid for Vocational Course is 50000.

You will be redirected to the TechProcess Solutions, Online Payment Services Page. Dont
refresh the page.

Choose the bank to make the payment and click on the button Continue to Payment
button.
For Example:
To make payment by Federal Bank, Choose the bank and click on the button
Continue to Payment.

You will be redirected to the Banks Payment page. Dont refresh the page.

If you wish to make payment by Retail Banking, enter the User ID / Password and
click on the Login button. If you want to make payment by Corporate Internet
Banking click on the Corporate Users Click here button.

After you have successfully made the payment from your bank account, the below pop
up message will be displayed. Click on OK.

Now you will be redirected to the response page. Dont refresh the page.

In the response page, note down the Transaction Id and TPSL Transaction Id, you can
now close the window.

Transaction ID,TPSL Transaction ID, Receipt Flag and Transaction Date are
populated once the Payment has been successfully done.

Also, you can observe that the Dual Degree/Integrated Course Payment Receipt Flag is

For Institutes which have Corporate Internet Banking access from respective banks
having Maker/Checker/Authorizer Levels, care should be taken that all individuals
approve the payment for AICTE. The above is applicable to all Corporate Internet
Banking payments made via ICICI Bank or via any other Bank mentioned in List of
Banks available for payment.
