Summary

As a recent graduate of the Curriculum and Instruction Ph.D. program at the University of Denvers Morgridge College
of Education, I have a deep interest in developing research-based curriculum, working to continuously enhance the
student learning experience, and informing practice with research. My educational and professional background has
indelibly shaped the learner I am today. I am seeking a position that will continue to ignite my passion for education
and the power it holds to impact our community and our world.

Experience

Professional Learning Consultant, Mobile Mind 2015-Present


Trained and supported K-12 classroom teachers, administrators, and curriculum coordinators in efficiently and
effectively infusing technology into the classroom through virtual professional learning workshops.

Graduate Research Assistant, University of Denver 2012-2013


Assisted in the development of a new Doctor of Education (EdD) program under the supervision of Dr. Bruce
Uhrmacher, the Department Chair of the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver. Created detailed
coursework plans, program mission statements, competency goals, student learning outcomes, and multiple measures
of assessment. Completed thorough literature review of Educational Criticism and Connoisseurship, a qualitative
approach to arts-based research.
