has past many countries are developing from education and technology. If they have more
develop they also have more power and if they have power, they also want to separate their
power to another country to get respect and be more powerful. This makes a lot of countries
that have less power and have no chance to fight need to be colonized or under control of that
country. Colonizing can be mean that expatriation or making a group of people be under their
force. They have a lot of reasons that make many countries to be under colonize, but the most
important reason is to make other country being with them like having the same religion,
having their language and having their memorial in the country that they have attacked. Also,
the coin has two sides, it can mean that country that did not be colonized can be free but they
need to watch out from another country that going to attack them. Colonization brought both
advantages and disadvantages to the countries of Southeast Asia, both pros and cons in the

from colonizing. Thailand needs to lost their land about five times to France and the total
number of the area that Thai lose is about 481,600 km2, so it makes Thailand have the land
only 513,600 km2. French offend to Thailand a lot they use the military to force Thailand but
Thailand can past that situation by making a bond with France and loose the land.3 Such as in

to another people that believe in different religion. Also in the second largest religion in
Thailand next from Buddhism is Islam, it is only 4% of all population. It because in the south
of Thailand they live near to Malaysia, so they have some separate religion to Thailand. 7
So the Philippines did not have their own religion but they are Catholic because
Philippine is a country that colonizes before but the good thing is they get the English
