Meeting with 1. The activity started exactly

TRAC, it was participated
by 308 ESGPPA Grantees
enrolled at MSU TCTO and
TRAC. Welcome address
was given by Mr,
Barbangsa M. Jalaide,
SWO III. Followed by a
message from our partner
SUCs. The MSU TCTO
was represented by
Benecito L. Maratas, Vice
Chancellor for Academic
Affairs and for TRAC it was
represented by Ms Arlene
N. Sevilla. During their
message they extend their
gratitude to DSWD for the
partnership in the
implementation of
ESGPPA. Sir Benecito
Maratas gave an initial
report on their
implementation and
announces that the
December allowance will
be receive on the 2nd week.
As for the TRAC
implementation, Maam
Arlene gladly announces
that a total of 30,000 php
was release to the
grantees last October for
their 1st semester
allowance as well as books
and tuition. For the 2nd
semester allowance it will
be release on the 3rd week
of December. An
inspirational talk was given
by Maam Alminda G.
Ladja, RSW, Regional
Program Coordinator of the
Pantawid pamilya.
Objective setting was
delivered by Ms Johaina
Sinsuat. The objective of
the activity are: 1. To affirm
the value of quality
education, hard work and
perseverance in attaining
lifes goal
2. To learn and gain
appropriate skills to work in
a team in preparation for
future employment
3. To promote camaraderie
among ESGPPA Grantee
and to enjoy. Maam Arlene
N. Sevilla was very
enthusiast to share her
knowledge as one of our
resource speaker on the
importance of education,
she greatly give emphasis
that the grantee must value
education for their future
endeavor. Our partner
CSO from TFLF in the
name of Satra Tika
imparted her knowledge on
the Financial Management,
for the ESGPPA grantees
to have an idea on how to
budget their allowance and
able to save some from
their stipend.

- As a game facilitator, I
divide the group into 12
groups consisting of 23 to
25 members. There were
6 games to be participated
of all group. The games
are as follows:
Spider web
1. thegroup must choose 8
members to play
2. Each member must cross
from one side of the spider
web to the other without
touching the web
3. The hole that was used by
a member shall not be
used again.
This activity needs planning,
strategizing, teamwork
Into the loop
1. The group must choose 10
members to play then
choose a leader
2. Transfer the bottled water
in the other side using the
rubber bond and rope
3. Best time wins
This activity test the
leadership and
communications of the
group
Water relay
1. A group must consist of 12
members
2. Members shall fall in line
and fill the bucket with
water using plastic cups
3. Best time wins
Brain teaser
1 Group must answer the 4
questions on the board,
group with most answered
correct wins
Caterpillar transverse
1. Group must have 12
members to play, members
must tie their ankle
together, hand in hand they
must walk and pass
through all obstacle
prepared.
2. Best time wins

Building bridge

- The objective of the


game, the group will build a
half of a bridge with in 15
mins with a limited
supplies, The bridge will be
judge in 3 categories:
Maganda, Matibay at
Mahaba
The objective of the games: The
group to finish all the games with
minimum time will declare as the
champion.

- Group 10 was declared as


over all champion they
finish all the games with in
22 minutes and 32
seconds.
- Group 11 was declared as
the winner in the building
bridge challenge.

A repress representative from


MSU TCTO share her
experience about the activity,
she stresses that it was an
great opportunity to meet new
friends and have fun. It was an
experience of once in a
lifetime that she will forever
treasure. She gave thanks to
the organizer of the activity
because all of them enjoyed
the day.
