Send payments to: CWU Cashiers Office, 400 East University Way, Ellensburg, WA 98926-7490.
On each check or with each payment, indicate the students name and students identification number.
Room and board fees are due the fifth day of the quarter, Sept. 27, Jan. 10, and April 3.
A $50 fee is placed on student accounts that are not paid in full 10 days after the first due date. The second (final) due dates for each quarter are Nov. 1, Feb. 1, and May 1.
A $100 late fee is assessed on room and board fees not paid 10 days after second (final) due dates for each quarter. See Section 20 of the Terms and Conditions of the contract.
