Actions that cause workplace conflicts.

Conflicts are inevitable in the work environment, and they may arise
between supervisors, co-workers and subordinates or between external
employees and stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers. Its a very
good idea to know why conflicts occur.
One of the main reasons why this kind of situations happen is 'cause
misunderstood exist. When someone or group of workers dont
understand why a situation that is not profitable for them happen, the
rumor will start to go to all the departments and then a big problem can
be created.
Another action, is when a person has differences with someone else. This
type of differences are because sometimes people don't understand that
all the human beings are distinct. And for the simple fact that someone
doesn't like others because their aren't like it.
When someone doesn't follow the instructions and don't do nothing to fix
its mistakes, is another problem because its actions are not the best and
if its attitude is not the right it could provocate a bigger trouble.
When someone starts to gossip about something or someone and it's
important for the business or for the person, it'll be a situation that can
be transformed in a bigger bad situation and create a tedious
environment of work.
It's very important to take care of this kind of situations, because if the
corrective measures are not taken, the problem can persist and it can
cause bad conditions for the business and for the employes.
