Key Definitions
• Productivity: is the measure of what
Employees contribute to the quality of services in an organization or system • A
bility: Is competition in the execution of a job. • Motivation: the desire to do
the best job possible or make the maximum effort in the tasks assigned. • Empow
erment: To provide the person with the skills and authority to take control of t
heir decisions
Important factors affecting productivity
• The ability and motivation are factors that have been
identified as essential to productivity • The ability to identify or locate in t
hose skills to assume our responsibilities and prepare for others. • Motivation
energizes us, directs us to maintain and run a behavior to satisfy our needs we
