We believe that learning should happen at all levels in an organization. This
drives our focus on facilitating learning at individual, team and organizational
levels.We believe in the power of self-learning and we want to encourage and
support our employees by Training based on need identification, certification
courses etc. With the advent of technology, increased focus on individual
learning is possible. We are introducing M- learning platforms for employees that

Our Trainers
Preeti Bose is an HR and Learning professional with over 20 years in culturally-
diverse FMCG, ITES, and Education organizations. Over the years, she has led
key interventions in Talent Management, Coaching, Learning & Leadership
Development, New Leader Assimilation, Change Management, Employee
Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and Entry Talent. She is accredited in several
global certifications and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
In her last role at Mondelez International (formerly Cadbury), as part of the
Global L&D team, she was instrumental in transforming learning for over
1,00,000 colleagues worldwide.
Sharmishtha Nagarkatti has over 3 decades of experience in teaching,
conducting training programs and holding learning interventions in a variety of
topics such as communication , behavior, leadership, service excellence and
English Language. She has proven skills in mentoring and guiding people from
varied backgrounds and skill levels and identifying the correct approach for
learning needs at the organizational level. Her customized and flexible content
allows for actual learning and retention.
