No Applications will be accepted after the last date and time with superfine (date of closure of registration ) for both online and offline
registrations under any circumstances.

Last date without fine and with fine indicate the date before which the students are to submit the fee and printout of the
registration/application form to the Exami nation Centre.

Online Registration for Examinations: 2012 adm ission onwards candidates are to register online only within the period prescribed above

Offline Registration for Exami nations (upto 2011 admissions only)

Application forms for registration can be downloaded from the University website www.cusat.ac.in and are to be submitted to the respective Examination
Centres with fees including cost of application on or before the last date mentioned above.

Duly filled and photo (attested) affixed application forms along with DCB Statement in duplicate (one copy sent to FO) and proof of
payment of Exam ination registration fee etc. th rough the centre should reach the undersigned on or before 08.04.2016 (for VII Semester) and
01.06.2016 ( for I & II Semester)

No application will be accepted under any circumstance after the closure of date and time of registration.
