CONCLUSION

This survey carried 30 students in Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah.We
divided half 15 female and 15 male students to joined this survey.We distributed the
questionaire to different department there are electrical, mechanical,civil and commerce
department. In the age between 18 to 25 years old.

Although it just a survey but there are some obstacle we have to face. One of the
problems we had is the students not interested in this survey. Maybe because of students are
busy with their projects and assignments due to the final exam is just around the corner. Other
than that, we prepared the questionaire a bit late. This is because we have to choose the
questions that really suitable for our survey. We affraid the questions does not related or will
not give the best result for the survey.

In this survey we ask the student about their favorite music gendre, most of the student
choose Pop music and the least is Ballad. Maybe this is because Pop music is the most
popular now in 2016. Next we ask them about what devices they used, when and where they
usually listen to the music. The higher result is students used smartphones and a few student
choose radio as their medium to listen to the music. The student usually listen to the music at
night, maybe because they have free time at that time and mostly during do their assigments
they will love to listen to their favorite songs. The place that they prefer to listen to the music
is bedroom. As a student we had the same experience or situation. We will do our assignments
at night in our bedroom and we listen to the music using our smartphone. We think if we
listen to the music while do our tasks, we will reduce tension or stress. Other than that, we ask
the students, do they think the music effect their life and 80% of the responden said Yes and
the rest said No. Maybe most of the student thinks the music will increase their confident
level, their style or dressup and more.

In the questionaire, we ask them about their anger. Do they get angry easily and 53%
of the student said Yes and 47% said No. Other than that, 47% (14 people) of the students
said they will get angry when there are who keep them waiting, 43% (13 people) of the
students said they will get angry if people make them annoyed and lastly, 10% (3 people) of
the students said they will get angry when there are people who do not agree on their favorite
music. Next question we focus on what will they do if they saw someone struggling to pick
something he or she has dropped in the middle of the pedestrian walk and the result is most of
reponden will help the person to pick up the things. This shows that the student still feel
responsible to others and like to help people. Last but not least, the students felt the music
their listen to will make them happy, emotional and moody.

Based on our research in this survey, we can conclude that favorite music gendre will
effect someone life style, behavior and more. Maybe not 100% effected but it will be. We
have to be more carefull in choosing our favorite music or the song we listen to because in
these days many songs mostly have cursing, about deeply in love, said about god and many
more. This will couses many bad things in life.Always remember,Choose it wisely and it will
be better.
