Job Description

Primary focus is to provide Incident and Problem Management support and resolution for SAP FICO, including VIM
BPC/BW.

Act as a representative of Application Operations communicating, developing, and validating operational support
teams to ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to operations.

Aide SAP FICO project delivery by developing enhancements as identified by Release Managers.

Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code developmen

Participate in an Agile Scrum\Kanban methodology to deliver high-quality software releases

Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business

Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and come up with solutions as required.

Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software. Able to clearly a
implications of design/architectural decisions, issues and plans to technology leadership.

Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team

Participate in on call support rotation for our SAP systems.
