Participant Reflection Prompts for Phases 1,2 & 3

At the end of each phase, PBL groups are expected to give tutorials to their
teachers. In these tutorial, they are going to reflect on what they have done so
far. Since students are to get prepared before coming to class, they can use the
questions below as a guideline.

What knowledge have I learned or developed?

-We have learnt a lot of information for example what is a addiction and it has
many different types.

What skills and attitudes have I learned or developed?

-We have learnt research technicals which is useful for academic and
professional life, we have developed team working skills and also we have
learned being patient because sometimes we encounter some problems.

What part(s) of this phase most surprised me?

-We were surprised to find the subcategories of addiction types in individual

research part.

Which part(s) of the phase was the most fulfilling? What part was the least
fulfilling? Why?

-The most of fulfilling parts are poster and presentation planning because we
have to do this with together.

-The least of fulfilling part is critical analysis because in this part we have to find
more detail and we have to support this detail with real examples.

How did I feel about the experiences during the phase? How do I feel now?
Describe any similarities or differences.

-Generally, we have experienced many things during each phase. Therefore, we

are learning a lot and due to this, we are very tired.

What did I learn from the phase about how I react? (Working in a team, meeting
deadlines, team responsibility, team creativity...)

Were any of the experiences of this phase familiar to me?

-Almost all experiences of this phase familiar to me since previous PBL. Luckily,
we understand each other well and work together to complete the missing.

What would I like to be able to do better? How could I improve in the future?

-I would like to be able to different research from an encyclopedia or a book.

However this method can be harder but more effective. I can go to library and I
can research some book about my issue. So, I can improve my ability of research.
