.
Always continue walking a lot and loving nature, for thats the real way to learn
to understand art better and better, Van Gogh wrote. Van Gogh found his place in art
and produced emotional, visually impressive paintings over the course of his career, it
includes the painting Starry Night which he painted on June 1889. The painting is
currently located in New York City; Museum of Modern Art. The painting shows the
emotional suffering of Van Gogh and the quests he encountered in his life represented
by the darkness of the village, despite the darkness, the stars and the moon shine the
brightest and it represents hope that we should hold on to. The painting Starry Night
reminds us of hope in the problems that we face.

The painting Starry Night was painted by the Dutch post-impressionist Vincent
Van Gogh, he is among the famous and influential artists in the history of western art. It
was painted in June 1889. It portrays the view from the window of his room just before
sunrise. Van Gogh painted 2100 artworks in just over a decade and it consists of 860 oil
canvas painting including the painting Starry Night. Van Gogh's The Starry Night was
based on his observations as well as his imagination, memories and emotions. His
inspiration for the painting was when he saw the countryside from his window before
sunrise with nothing but the morning stars, the window which he referred to was in his
room in southern France where he respite from his emotional suffering while continuing
to make art.

The painting has objects that make it a whole. First, the solar system which is
located at the top most of the painting and it covers mostly half of the painting. It has
four parts the stars, the moon, the wind, and the sky. The stars are found within the sky
and it is luminous. The other one is the moon which is found on the uppermost right of
the sky and it has the brightest color on the canvas. The third one is the wind which is
found beside the stars and looks like a wavy figure. And lastly is the sky which is found
on the top of the village and which has a color of dark blue together with the stars and
the moon within it. Another object that is to be found in the painting is the mountains
which are found at the bottom of the sky and it has different sizes of mountain ranges.
Last is the village which can be found beneath the sky and it is covered with darkness.

As can be seen in the painting, there is a village beneath that is covered with
darkness and that village represents the problems that we are facing in real life. But
above it are the stars illuminating the darkness symbolizing that in every problem there
is always hope, we just need to keep our heads up and never give up. The wind can
also be seen as a wavy figure and this symbolizes that life must go on because in life
we both experience joy and pain. They cannot coexist without each other. The moon
represents the single ray of hope in our problems because as can be seen the moon
shines the brightest of all the things above and as the moon shines it also illuminates
the other stars. This means that once we have found the hope in our problems we are
on the right path because that single ray of hope opens up a lot of new paths for us to
take and overcome our problems.
Inanimate objects can show us what is happening in the real world just like the
painting The Starry Night. The Starry Night reminds us that there is hope in all the
problems that we face. This painting tells us to keep moving forward and never give up
in our life because life is all about the joy and the pain that we will experience. Also, the
brightest stars can be only seen during the darkest night, this means that we can only
find our innermost light when we experience problems. The light that will help us grow
and be stronger is the same light that signifies that there is always a tomorrow.
