 1. Identify marking end point of cable, switchgear and transformer according to IEE Regulations (C3, PLO3)
2. Select test equipment, test switchgear and transformer polarity according to IEE Regulations (A2, PLO4)
3. Prepare permanent marking on cable and transformer tapping according to IEE Regulations (P2, PLO7)

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Upon completion of this course, students will learn how to interpret drawings cable route and do the marking at the end of the cable. Students
are also able to identify structures and make the test work on the switch gear and transformer.

1.2.2 Use wooden marker according to the energy

commission standard.

1.3 Identify selected test 1.3.1 Use of test tools and test cable according to IEE

1.4 Perform polarity test in cable. 1.4.1 Identify types of instrument and procedure testing
according to IEE Regulations.

1.4.2 Execute types of polarity test (phase to phase)

and test the polarity of the cable according to IEE
Regulations.
