What is Holistic Admissions?
At CSUN, we not only evaluate minimum GPA scores but we also look to
see if the applicant is a good fit for our educational model. Please review
the Information Session for more details. In short, we are a leadership
program that seeks to support an individuals career path and aspirations.
In a separate link on the MSHA webpage is a profile of the entering MSHA
classes. You will note that current working experiences ranges from
perhaps one year to over 10 years, but averages at about 3+ years. We
seek individuals with a clear focus on how they will advance into higher
leadership positions. We offer all core MSHA classes at 7PM because the
vast majority of our students are working during the day. Holistically, we
look at the total person and not just a GPA or GRE score. Are you a good
fit for our mission and educational model? Let us find out.
