The Mission committee is collecting used men's jeans and
work khakis in good condition sizes 28 through 36. They are
also in need of men's hats and shirt and long sleeve T-shirts.

EASTER CANTATA REHEARSALS
The Chancel Choir will begin bonus practices for the Easter
Cantata beginning this Sunday, February 26 at 5:00 PM.
Everyone is welcome to join us as we prepare a special
musical program to celebrate the risen Lord!

We are ordering lilies for $17.50 to be put in
front of the church on Easter Sunday morning,
April 16th. You may take your lily (lilies) home
with you after the morning service. You can put
this form with a check for $17.50 in the offering
plate or bring your order by the church office.
We will put the list of in memory or in honor of in the order
of worship on Easter Sunday morning. The last day to place
your order is March 21st. It will be a lovely sight to see the
beautiful lilies on Easter morning. Thank you!

VBS Donations
It's that time of year again! Time to get ready for one of the
largest events in our kids ministry and one of the biggest
evangelistic pushes in our church life. Will you consider taking a
star from the Fellowship Hall and purchasing an item to be used
in decorating or in crafts? Stars will contain one item and will be
added over the next two months. This year, we need fewer items
for decorating, but they are a bit more expensive than previous
years. It may be best for a Sunday School class, Bible Study
group or fun group of friends to join together to purchase the
item. THANK YOU for your generosity!

I know what you are thinking... we have plenty of time until the
summer! But ideas take a while to grow and we want the best
VBS yet! Bring your thoughts, ideas and suggestions to this
open discussion on what works, what doesn't and what we can try
for the next year. Parents, volunteers, former VBS participants-
all are welcome!

Disciple Now weekend has come and left us for this
year, but I pray that the effects of the weekend last for
a lifetime and continue into eternity as decisions and
commitments were made that have eternal
ramifications. Students across our county from all
different backgrounds, social status, and churches
met together to worship the one true and living God.
What a great weekend we had here in Bainbridge,
GA
I cannot say thank you enough to the small army of
parents and volunteers that made DNOW a success.
To all who drove a vehicle full of teenagers, cooked a
meal, opened your home, and/or led a small group
Bible study THANK YOU for your investment into
the Kingdom of God!!!
