command in Start Menu. Do not try to forcibly pull out the LapTop from Docking Station.
How to take Average of Raw Values

A) Taking average of Average Sheet 1 : For taking the average of Datalog(Raw1)

sheet, first note down the start time and end time from Datalog(Raw1) sheet for which
period averaging is required. Now press the button "Avg_sht1" in Datalog(com) sheet. The
screen will ask for the start and end time. Enter the required time in 24:00:00 Hrs format.

B) Taking average of Sheet 1 and Sheet 2 : If the user wants to take average for
combine period of Raw1 and Raw2 sheets; note down the required period ( start time and
end time in 24:00:00 Hrs format ). Now first take the average for the period falling in
"Raw1" sheet as per the procedure given in point A). Now press the "Avg_sht2" button and
enter the start time and stop time. When this button is pressed first it will calculate the
average value for the sheet Datalog(Raw2) after completing this it will calculate the average
for Datalog(Raw1) and Datalog(Raw2) and the result will be displayed in Average Sheet.

C) Taking average of Sheet 2 only : If User wants to take average for

Datalog(Raw2) only follow the given procedure:

Select the cell which has the time stamping i.e "I15", hold "Ctrl" + "Shift" buttons pressed
and press right arrow and left arrow to select the entire range of cells of Datalog(Raw1)
sheet. Press "Ctrl" + "C" for copy. Now the selected contents will be in the clip board.
Insert a new work sheet from "Insert / work sheet" from the menu bar.
In the new worksheet select a cell from where you want to paste the copied contents of
Datalog(Raw1) sheet, press "right click", select "paste special" from the list, select "
values only" option in the screen displayed and press "OK" button. Now all the values
would have been pasted there as values. Time stamping would also be stored as
numbers, but when the same is pasted to Datalog(Raw1) it will get back ti time format.
Now the back up of Datalog(Raw1) would have been taken, so follow the same procedure
as mentioned in point no "a" for copying the data from the Datalog(Raw2) sheet to
Datlog(Raw1).
Now select the cell which has the time stamping i.e. "I15" in Datalog(Raw1), press right
click, select paste special, select values only and press "OK" button. Now the data of
Datalog(Raw2) is available in Datalog(Raw1) sheet.
Now by pressing the "Avg_sht1" button in the Datalog(com) sheet, Average for the same
can be taken.

Note : Please check the average value for Flow Transmitters are coming correct,
If you find that Averaging is not correct for Flow transmitter, change the tag "FT"
to "PT" in appropriate cells. And Now take the average again.
